Hi guys and gals.
We are off to hammamet next April and was wondering if anyone has links to safe but reasonably priced excursions for a few days out.
Post subject: hammamet excertions
I know what you mean
When we were in Port El Kantaoui we arranged via the hotel for a local driver (at a fixed price) to take us out for the day and we went to the Bourguiba Mausoleum in Monastir, The great Mosque at Kairouan and El Jem (El Djem) - Roman Colosseum / Amphitheatre.
The Bourguiba Mausoleum and especially El Jem are both well worth visiting however the journey to Kairouan was very long and made the excursion a bit of an exertion with not much to see at the end so you might want to miss that part out?
Here are some pictures -
