It is clear on the Terms page http://www.118travel.co.uk/terms.aspx - it's just that the link to the page isn't clear!

I keep saying I'm going to make a Smilie icon in the form of an alarm bell - this page needs it! Note the first FAQ point starts off by saying that the site does NOT sell package holidays . There's a good legal reason why they say that and why customers should be a bit wary! Then it says that not only are transfers not included in the online price but neither is luggage!

think I will try a1 travel then as they include everything and are only £10 more expensive for the same holiday
