Hello diane, the best place for a harour trip is from Sleima were Captain Morgan run all sorts of boat trips including the Harbour one, there is a car park just up from what is called the Ferries.
Ther are other firms that do a harbour trip but Captain Morgan has the biggest and best boats, it goes into all the creeks in Marsamxett Harbour then out to sea pasted Fort St Elmo and back into the Grand harbour again going into all the creeks. They give a full commentry in English and it lasts about an hour.

Diane, the best boat trip around the harbour actually departs from St Paul's bay next to buggiba near Macdonalds. So there is no need to drive into Valletta.

Map showing how to get there. :- http://malta-map.com/maltese_islands/Malta/detail_level_02/6E.htm

Plenty of parking spaces during the weekdays. well worth a visit and a walk around. The large boat departs around 10.am and there is no need to pre-book. Unfortunately there is no web-site.

Hi Diane

This is the Captain Morgan website http://www.captainmorgan.com.mt/

There are many outlets all over the island selling these cruises so you will have no problem booking a cruise and many of the prices include being picked up and dropped off back at your accomodation.

There is a Captain Morgan booking office down at the harbour in St Pauls near the jetty (between McDonalds & harbour) if you want to go there although looking at their website they don't have many departures from St Pauls now :que
