What kind of food do you like? My favourite restaurant in Gumbet is Seray Zetas, they do wonderful authentic Turksih food at very reasonable prices. Other good restaurants are Cafe Columbia, Windy Bay and a new restaurant, which I haven't tried yet but has excellent reports is Jack's Place.

Good all round bars are Smilies, Chico's, Leo's, Corner Bar, Aloha, and Atlantis. If you want busy club type bars then X-Bar, Shakers and Central Bar are the popular ones.

Hi Kedi, Thanks very much for reply I have made a note of bars etc. for us to try and food we like is varied and we can normally find somthing on menues Thanks again

if you like a varied menu you will be spoilt - try the red dragon or china town - their menus are chinese - indian - italian - mexican - english - you name they do it and do it well

please try saray zetas a brilliant turkish restaurant where you get the best food and very cheap - also if you like steak try cafe de columbia as they do steaks to die for (steak dinner and a bottle of wine - one each not per table - for less than £10!!!)

ive only been to gumbet twice ( third trip will be september) but i can honestly say i have not had one bad meal and we ate out every night - most have been brilliant and so reasonably priced, coupled with great service it really makes gumbet a great place to visit whatever age you are
