Have a look at the L'Etoile in Icmeler. It's not the best hotel in the world, but as far as AI's go in that area, it's one of the better ones (4*). The location is perfect being in the middle of the resort but far enough away from the noise, and 30 seconds walk from the beach. There was a change in management 2 years ago and rooms have been refurbished since so it's not a bad place to be based and pretty good value for money. The evening entertainment isn't particularly good, but you've got lots going on in the resort to be tied to the hotel all night.

Try the Oylem Prestige in Icmeler.
Don't know what the prices are though.
They are very comfortable rooms.

We went to Aqua Fantasy last year, see the review section for my account of it. The hotel was pretty good and the waterpark fabulous, however it doubled in price from when we went to this year, we paid £2500 for the 6 of us and as soon as I got back checked prices for the following June and it came in at just over £4900, a massive leap!
This year we went to the Royal Wings in Lara which was excellent and had a smaller but good waterpark and far better food. It doesn't come in cheap but direct Holidays do free kids so may be worth a look to check.
