Just booked flights to Izmir for June 2010 & looking to book an apartment in Altinkum through something like Holiday Lettings or Owners Direct. Ideally want to be near to either main or 2nd beach. Have narrowed it down to either Dolphin Residence 1, Yasemin Apartments, Sultan Way or Buena Gardens Complex.
Not sure which are nearest to the beaches. If anyone has stayed in any of these or know where they are, would much appreciate your advice

Thanks for your suggestion, did look at Royal Marina Apartments but complex looked a bit bigger than we wanted.
Have just booked for Buena Gardens Complex thro Holiday Lettings. Looks really nice on website and about 10 mins walk from beach (main & 2nd I think)
