as anyone been to salou this month and can you tell me how much a pint cost and food thanks ian

I came back the start of july and am going back in october,

I stopped in central salou (cye apartments, plaza europa)

A pint varies, I drank estrella damm and paid about 2 euros, If you shop around I think some places do it as cheap as 1.40 euro, some places go up to 2.50 euro. I also bought a six pack (330ml cans) from the supermarket for 2.50 euro i'm sure san miguel was only a few cents more.

Food.
All the restuarants have boards outside with prices on, A typical meal will be about 7-8 euro's, I frequented the Fox and Hounds and paid 10euro's for a 3 course meal and a pint/soft drink was included. Mixed grill seems quite expensive at around 12 euro's.
Look for the daily specials as you walk around fish and chip friday etc.. was around 6 euro's

Rosies return on barbastre (sp) was good value for money - light bites for around 5-6 euros and were quite filling, also, next door to rosies they sell 40cm hotdogs served on a whole french stick stuffed with cheese and bacon (a meal on its own), i think that was 5.90 euro.
