Best resort for March

Hi, i have booked my parents flights to Majorca for the begining of March next year. Can anyone recommend the best resort for this time of year? I know many resorts are only really opened for the main season but even somewhere that is relatively busy with some restaurnats and bars open would be great. any help would be appreciated.
We go to Palma Nova. Close to the airport and more shops and bars opened than the smaller towns.
Hotels Sol Cala Blanca, Santa Lucia and Son Matias Beach (adults only) are well situated on the flat promenade with the beach and sea in front. The bars, shops etc are just behind so no hills to climb. A really wonderful position.
We usually book those hotels with Thomsons and the flights with Easyjet.

100% agree with SomersetSuzie other than it can be worth looking at the Solmelia site direct for the Sol Cala Blanca, we have stayed there twice enjoyed both times
thanks guys, have been to Palma Nova a couple of times and it's nice and handy for the airport, will check htis out.
