We are going to Sidari, Corfu on the 28th Sept for two weeks, and can't wait

Its been booked since Oct 08, a week after we came back from a 7 day break in Sidari, the weather was fantastic during the day, lovely and hot , got a great tan but it can get a little cool at night

Do you think we will be ok then if we went the second week of October? Its nice to hear from someone who has already visited and during late Sept/early October too.

Providing its warmer than the UK in October then we will be happy!

Ive seen a number of reviews and comments for Sidari and they appear all good so may have another look at this area.

We are off to Gouvia, staying at the Louis Corcyra Beach Hotel on the 9th Oct for one week AI.

Book through Thomsons - was a good deal - less than £450 each for the week.

Never been to Corfu before. Hubby and I usually go to Tenerife but thought we would try somewhere else. A friend recommended the hotel and it does seem to get good reviews online.

Second week in Oct should be fine defo a lot warmer than here
About 95% of Tavernas/Bar and Eateries are open , so still plenty to choose from , day trips etc are still running, supermarkets/shops still open, with the odd bargain to be had as when we went last year some clothes shops were having sales to shift stock

Should still be a great time to go as Entertainment is still going on in some of the larger bars such as BED (Beverage, Entertainment & Dining), but i can only speak of experience for Sidari, hope this helps.
