I am new to canaries, can someone tell me is it the same as spain or are we limited to 200 fags and 1ltr per person. travelling to europe in past we have not been allowed to buy duty free at airport outbound is it the same going to canaries, am i better buying my duty free in resort or on way home at airport. and finnally whats the time difference after our clocks go back. any help appreciated

The Canaries have the 200 limit for ciggies. I usually find ciggies cheaper in resorts.
