Try clicking to 'allow all pop-ups on HT'.

Thanks Darren - Where can I find 'manage my pop-ups'?

If you look at the bottom of your puter on the right hand side it should say blocking pop ups, if you rest your mouse over it and it will allow you to open the you will see if it has blocked HT, it did mine after they upgraded and I had to unblock mine too. Hope it works for you.

Thanks for your help. I can't seem to find anything on the screen saying pop-up blocked. I went into tools and I've found the pop-up management. I already had holiday-truths.com listed as 'allowing' pop-ups so I've now added holidaytruths.co.uk but it still hasn't made any difference. After I click on the continue to direct away from the page, I get the sound as though a pop-up's being blocked and I'm still stuck on that page.
Any other ideas please?

Hi Shirley I thought that the blocking of pop ups was the issues, have a look at this thread which a few had problems mine was sorted with the pop ups
