We have used safety deposit boxes in SS, when we were last there they had locks on them already ... however that was 2008. I know some people like to to buy additional locks....

I just want to know what this new block is all about, and I'll be furious if I don't get a superior room due to a "mix up".

Del we take our own lock we think its safer because the hotel staff do have a key for all the locks on the safes ..that way your the only one with your key colleen
