Have just been informed of a flight change to our departure flight from stansted to malaga on August 10th, meaning that we now arrive in malaga about 3/4 in the morning of 11th august.
This is really annoying because our flight time coming back means that we depart malaga early morning on 24th of august, vacating our accommodation late in the evening of the 23rd. In effect we are now losing 2/3 days of our holiday. Plus our transfer from malaga will now be more expensive because it will be needed after midnight.
Have emailed easyjet back asking if we can transfer to a flight late at night on 9th August meaning that we arrive on the 10th, but am wondering if in these circumstances I can demand a full refund, for ryanair flight times are much better, if a little dearer.
Please advise??
What were your original flight times please?
Their website timetable and booking system both show 3 flights on the 10th with the latest arrival 23:55.
Got it wrong, the times that have been changed are on our return flight by just a matter of minutes, not on our outward journey
Have just had to send easyjet an apologetic email for ranting at them earlier.
Am at work so receiving and sending personal emails is a bit tricky.
Either that or I'm just going senile
