HI There i have stayed at the Lotus its a very nice hotel,the staff are first class,the lads round the pool are great and can not do enough for you.There is no work going at the moment.Iam at the Sonesta from ; the 3rd of this month so i will give you a full update when i return

Hi Gaz,
Just returned from 2 weeks at the Sonesta,and here's a update.The land which was the public swimming pool,is been used for several things a car park for the Sonestas cars,a store for Sonestas tables and chairs ect, and a nursery for the plants for the gardens.There was very little noise from that area so nothing to worry about.

Thats great news silverscrim, I can inform Wifey that she can relax.. (not that we ever have any problems doing that in Luxor anyway ha )

Hope you had as good a break as we hope to have, in 4 weeks time mate, it looks like you have come back to some nasty weather now though
