You couldn't pay me enough to stay in a Brittania hotel. Have you read the reviews here and on other sites?

I have to second that I'm afraid! You may be lucky that the one in Newcastle is OK but any I have stayed in were not!

I had the bad luck to stay in the Newcastle one before flying out of Newcastle airport. I stupidly didn't read the reviews. It was awful. Staff were incompetent and disinterested. Rooms were tired and poky. We decided to avoid the food so can't comment.

Thanks might have a ride through and have a look at hotel ourselves, just going because of the price, so if it is no good it is nothing lost. Will keep looking for other bargains.
