We've only stayed at the villas once, but Panikos and Melis - both nice blokes - also own the Rantzo, opposite the motorway access road. We've stayed there umpteen times. I can recommend both the Rantzo and Kapsalia villas.

Can you let me know if the Ranzio owners replied back to you quickly/ as i emailed them last weekend ref prices but no reply - i know they are on'cyprus time' lol
