I have booked the Don Pancho hotel for June. Has anybody any further info on this hotel other than what is in the reveiws?
Hi i have been offered the don pancho for a week in november (fiesta week), but there are three adults , and i wonder has anyone stayed there with 3 in a room. The thomson site says campbed only suitable for a child aged upto 12. HELP PLEASE!
just back last week it was brill let me know what you want to no and i will try and help but the hotel was top class it will prob be full of the more mature cliants now that the summer is nearly over go and enjoy
hi again we were there me my wife and 12yr old the rooms are a we bit small but had no probbs the camp bed is small probebly why thompsons say it is only good for a child my daughter loved it all rooms over look the pool and the beach on the main rd but once door is shut could hear nothing
I know at one time The Don Pancho was the hotel in Benidorm, but I want a double bed (not twins shoved together) and a lovely room with good air conditioning.
Looking at the pictures, it looks a bit old fashioned, but I wondered what you guys thought.
Your advice is appreciated.
If you want a nice hotel thats central i like The Belroy!
That's the last thing I want when my missus has been lying in the sun all day soaking up heat to give off at night like an Economy 7 heater
I second what Colin said, even with aircon I would find it difficult.
We normally stay in fuengirola but its becoming to costly at the hotel we go to.and the don pancho is coming up reasonable for the time we want to go..
kazza36 it brill rooms good comfy beds you can hear a pin drop through the night and the food is first class pool small but as you know only 2mins from the beach staff are all nice too makin my mouth water now thinking of the soups and the deserts Mmmmmm
What are the bathrooms like do you get a bath, are they big we want high floor seaview can you reqesut these?? is there a safe in room if so how much??
What the buses like to get around?? we wanna take train or bus to alicante for a day out we liketo go exploring so Ie calpe, altea etc..
Busses and the train/tram are very good and reasonable, the train trip to Denia is worth doing for the scenery and Alicante well worth a trip. If you go to the castle try the tunnel on the sea front and then a free lift up, you can allways walk down though the old town or maybe you want to walk up If you are over a certain age make sure you ask for a seniors ticket on the train, but they may want id but a good saving, not sure about the bus
