We're off to Hisaronu in May for our seventh trip there. Despite having tried lots of other places (we went to Goa in Feb for example) we keep getting drawn back. We've hired the same villa as last year as it's really well located, and lovely inside.
So, we'll be there for two weeks and with my husband and I will be my mum and aunt - both of whom have been to Hisaronu several times before, and two friends. These friends have been to Turkey - Bodrum or Marmaris I think, I can't quite remember - and hated it. So I am hoping to convince them that not all of Turkey is the same.
Seven weeks to go! Woohoo!
Anyway, there is a point to this post. I would like to do a few day trips this time. In the past we have done Pammukale, several boat trips and Ephesus. We have also had lots of Turkish baths, which I plan to do again. We've also been to Kaya in the past and we will definitely take them there as I know that will interest them. We may also go to Fethiye (although actually I prefer the Monday market in Hisaronu).
Mum and aunt plan to go to Kalkan for one night.
I am considering doing a jeep safari or quad safari. Any thougths on those? Any other trips you would recommend?
