They do not hold an Atol so if you are booking a complete holiday, it is not going to be a package, although part of it might be Atol protected.

Their T&Cs make it very clear that each element of the holiday (flights, hotel etc.) is seperate contract between you and the supplier for which they merely act as your agent. This is not good for someone with limited experience and really needs specialist insurance which is not easy to find.

Which brings us to the original post. It sounds like you normally buy insurance from the travel agent when you buy the holiday. That's not usually a good idea. Nor is buying "cheap" travel insurance. You should always buy insurance to cover what could go wrong in your holiday (in the case of booking with travelbubble a lot could go wrong) at whatever price it costs and never mind what anyone else bought to cover their different holiday.

If you book under the travelbubble T&Cs you are basically booking DIY and getting someone else to answer the phone for you - I don't want to seem rude but I don't think you've got the experience to do that. Maybe it would be better to ask a different question. Decide where you want to go to (and where from), when you want to go and what you budget is and then leave a question in the thread for that area. Someone may be able to suggest a better idea than this.
