Where is The Polycarpia Hotel?

Hi,

My daughter is booking a Villa in Pernera close to the Polycarpia. Can somebody remind me whereabouts this hotel is. I would have walked past it hundreds of times but can't remember exactly where it is! I am thinking next to The Anastasia?

Thanks Pubdog. Just wanted to make sure they would be within walking distance to where we stay at the Domniki before they booked it.
