Reading the individual descriptions on each hotel page, as well as member comments in our own Bahía Príncipe topic, it does appear that the Bahía Príncipe Costa Adeje and the Bahía Príncipe Tenerife are part of the same resort/complex:

There are 2 hotels, the Bahia Principe Costa Adeje and Bahia Principe Tenerife, in the costa adeje/playa paraiso area, which are basically all one complex and are separated by the width of a road! They are actually only 15 minutes walk from playa paraiso and a few miles from the main tourist area of costa adeje even though some tour companies say they are in costa adeje. The bahia principe Tenerife will probably be more expensive as this hotel consists of all junior suites, whereas the bahia principe costa adeje is mainly standard rooms with a few blocks of junior suites.

The other hotel mentioned in the previous post, the bahia principe san felipe is in puerto de la cruz in the north of the island.
