I have not stayed there but a friend has - booked it through an agency in UK 26,000rps per month.
Was very pleased with it as it was up to European standards with flat screen tv - fridge/freezer - all windows screened etc.- if this is the price you have seen.
They are privately owned apartments furnished by owners so all different - depends on the price.
The complex was built by Salhana only about 3 years ago (time goes by so fast - could be 4) but it is fairly new - it is down the lane off Baga Road and across the road from Aldia Bello complex, facing the water meadow. There is not too much down there - the lane is the joining road between Baga Road and Anjuna Road.

just for the photos - we owned a Saldhana apartment and all their complexes look the same when they are new.

We are still waiting to find out if our friends are getting married in Cuba. If they haven't made a decision by the end of July we are just going back to Goa

We went to view an apartment in Kyle Gardens. Very spacous and they looked ok. Only a 5 min walk to Baga Road.
