having visited icmeler over 15 times in previous years i was very surprised buy how it felt half empty around resort, even thou it was peak season. all the bars and shops were commenting.
lira was good, shops and bars were changing from 2.75-2.77 ytl
banks slighty more.exchange offices were 2.72-276 ytl but less commision. marmaris exchange offices were 2.70-2.72 ytl when we visited.

Mahal restaurant in centre of icmeler visited twice and very much enjoyed. about 120 ytl for 4 with drinks
Buffalo had meal their price ok and food.
Friends bar (by taxi rank) meal for 4 with drinks 146ytl for steak
meals , was ok but found expensive.

Shopping around resort
I found prices for t-shirts and general clothes were more expensive , i think that might be due to no under ground market or canel stalls (less competition) , many were saying price of cotton has gone up , but last years t-shirts and other clothes left over from previous year.:) had gone up. even haggling lol
trips booked with april travel agency past tansas
boat trip very good value for money around £5 each
quad bikes cost around £15 each nice few hours getting muddy and wet , you have opition of having pictures and video.
waterpark on hill worked out about £12 each good value for money .
i did hear some people complaining who booked with another agency they ended having the little waterpark in marmaris and not the big one, so be careful and double check when booking.

flights out from bournemouth were very good and on time ,
will use airport again defo.
downside to holiday finding out that my next years flights have gone bust. and all the other companies are cashing in and charging what they like.
