I don't think is been decided if it will be the last weekend in January or the first weekend in February yet (my guess is the 4/5 Feb). I've checked all the Salou websites I can think of and there is no confirmed date on any of them. If I find out then I will post again.

For those who don't know, Coso Blanco is a confetti festival held in Salou, never been myself but its very popular.
