hi, can anyone tell me if it is possible to snorkel straight off the beach here i know its tidel but is it still possible.
Any other information about this beach would be great, im also staying at the voyager hotel and been told its good for famillies how true is this???? xx
Snorkelling is possible along the beach but you'll have to walk out a fair way depending on the state of the tide. Low water is best as the beach is a shallow gradient, it's best at the low water mark where you're in to deeper water where the fish are. I stayed just up the coast in Bamburi and went to the Voyager a couple of times to pick up fellow divers. It looked a nice place from what I saw.
