Hotel Korona or Hotel Ivana Palace?

Has anyone stayed in either of these hotels? :que

I will be going with my sister (both mid 20's) We want somewhere with some life but not to be in the centre of it. Can anyone tell me which end is busier as from what I've gathered these hotels are on opposite ends of sunny beach!! And we would prefer to be at the quieter end!

We stayed at the Korona last year, it is quiet there and only a 5 minute walk from the biz and a 2 minute walk to the beach :tup, never stayed at the HIP so cant comment on that one.

Korona is a lot more central for bars, restaurants & beach. Ivana Palace is ok but you will have a 15 min walk to the resort centre and a 10 min walk to the beach,

Thank you both for replies-we booked the Korona anyway! We go next month.....excited! Any recommendations for good Bulgarian food?

Shopska Salad for starters. ( Cucumber, tomato, cheese )
Pork or Chicken Kavarma ( my own favourite ). A stew like dish with a rich gravy cooked in a pot. Great with boiled pots.
Mish Mash. ( Eggs, Cheese,peppers,onion & tomato. Great with toast. )
