However, we were unlucky enough to have to endure very noisy neighbours for some of the night, they were arguing and literally smashing the room up. They were thrown out in the middle of the night.
The following morning, when we checked-out, the reception staff asked if we had a good night and I told them I'd had about an hours sleep. They then said they were expecting me to say this (we were the first guests from that part of the hotel to check-out but they were expecting just about everyone to say the same thing) and that they were very sorry and would be giving me a full refund. That refund appeared in my account the following day.
Big thumbs-up for Premier Inn for honouring their 'Good Night's Sleep' guarantee without me even requesting the refund
