Went for treatment here last october.

On arrival- they tried to sting me with a 60 euro excess (absolutely fine- but my excess was nil)- so after ringing up insurance this was sorted.

Now 6 months later- received a letter demanding 75 euro ( insurance had paid up- but had not included the excess fee).

What excess fee??

Emailed them back- stating this- !!

They replied back- sorry our mistake.!!

Just thought I would post on here to warn others about this. Could be a genuine mistake- or they could be trying it on- who knows?
