Been to both those islands in late november..

Antigua had a fair amount of rain C/W all our other caribbean holidays, but still hot in between showers..

In general anywhere in the Caribbean is ok at that time of year, the later the better!

As for early/late deals, I haven't found much variance over the 12 years that I've been going, I like to book early so I can get the best room options and secure premium seats on the aircraft...
