If you are unfortunate enough to use UK Holidaytaxis.com be very careful and be prepared to have to take a local taxi when they don't show up.
We booked a private return for Mallorca and they failed to collect us leaving us more than one hour delayed to get to the airport. We had to take a local taxi at extra cost to be able to catch the return flight.
When I checked the internet I found that similar things had happened to others so its not a one off.
I've used them and not had any problems.

I too was let down by this company when I travelled out to Malaga on 4th May. I caught an earliers EasyJet flight from Stansted to Malaga as my flight from Athens was on time, I telephoned Holiday Taxis, they informed me the change had been noted - I waited for 25 minutes at Malaga airport, walking around with my luggage checking all the signs being held. In the end I took a taxi. I was in Spain to visit a friend who is seriously ill and this did not help when I was a bit down anyway.
My niece and her family were also let down on a holiday to Salou by this company in August.
I booked their transfers and all was confirmed and yet the company never showed up to pick them up from the airport, they were a family of 4 with 2 very young children. They waited 40 minutes before contacting the emergency number and were told the company had "forgotten" about their pick up
They advised them to wait a further hour and half and someone would fetch them, needless to say they declined and jumped in an airport taxi.
We would never use them again as they wouldn't even entertain a partial refund as they stated they would have come eventually once they were notified of no pick up. They did manage the return trip but once again were late by half an hour !

I too was badly let down by this company. First they gave my suitcase to another passenger and when I reached my accommodation I had to pay for a taxi in order to swap bags, luckily the other owner had contact details on the bag tag.
Secondly, they will force you to be dropped off at a hotel even if you are staying in a private apartment. I named a hotel in the resort and on the return leg I waited at the hotel. Because I wasn't a guest when the pickup took place the hotel said "never heard of her, she isn't here" even though I was stood outside the hotel. I had to pay 60 euros to get to the airport and Holiday Taxis weren't interested in helping me even though I was a lone single woman abroad. Disgusting. I will never use them again and will warn all my family and friends. When they let you down, they let you down big time.
