hi, i want to say be carefull when using resort hoppa they are very unhelpfull, and send you to the wrong buses and then leave you at the hotel not explaining that you have to go down the street to be picked up hence you get left and then have to pay 25 euro s for a taxi x

That certainly wasn't my experience in Grand Canaria and Fuertaeventura

Resort Hoppa don't operate transfers. They're only a booking company. Any problems, or not, as the case maybe, is down to the company that they book to operate the transfers. They use different companies in different resorts.
