I booked a holiday to Tenerife in Oct 2015 with a departure date in Aug 2016.Within a month of booking they increased our flights by about £30 each which I decided to take as the flights were very reasonably priced to begin with.But then in March 2016 - namely 5 to 6 months down the line, they told us our hotel was no longer available and offered us a right dump for the same price.We said we did not want to go to the alternative accommodation as it was awful and we asked how much extra would it be to go to a different hotel. They gave us a price for the hotel we chose but then when we booked it, they came back a few days later trying to up the price on that one by several hundred pounds, so in the end we got so fed up of their poor attitude we said cancel the hotel altogether and we will book somewhere else which we did.I was really shocked that they could come back months down the line and do this.I'll never book with them again
