We are going away for nearly 5 weeks the beginning of next year and I want to put together a medicine kit. Obviously prescription drugs, sea sick tablets and stuff for tummy upsets are first in, but what else would you pack?

The holiday will start cold, then has the potential to be very hot before becoming cold again. How can we guard against a reaction to a change in temperature?
