Hi
I married in Varadero cuba in 2003,my husband and i seperated 4yrs ago and i applied to get a new marriage certificate as i lost the old one.It has now come to light that my husbands date of birth was registered wrong...are we still legally married? We never registered our marriage in the uk but i don't Think i can divorce in England with my husbands wrong birth date:( Has anyone had a similar problem? Please help!
But I think you would be better asking on a legal advice forum or even consulting a solicitor
I am waiting for the consulate in cuba and gov.uk to give me an answer...just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem:(
and marriage is important to God
In the sight of the US? I'd be surprised if it wasn't
