I have used them 3 times for hotels in Spain. Had no complaints until we went for a long weekend this Easter - I had my printed confirmation and hotel voucher but when we turned up at the hotel they had no reservation for us - luckily even though they were full they found a room for us after about an hour.

I would use them again but next time I would call or email the hotel a couple of days in advance to confirm my reservation.
