The boats sail everyday if there is enough people. Since the operators all know each other, there is always one boat that is full and sails. I do not know about the hydrofoils.
We have been looking into this as we are going next year. Do not go with tour operater, it is much cheaper to book it yourself from the port. karen
i stayed both in Gumbet (right by bodrum) and kardemena last year and there were plenty of trips from both ports. Always book with the local operators they are much cheaper!
