My complaints are as follows
1.....Reception was a disgrace. Few could understand the guests requests. The booking process was fine however. You do have a major problem with dealing with emergencys as during the course of our stay we witnessed several serious incidents involving head injuries, serious lacerations, faulty jacuzzi operation resulting in terrorisoing a very young guest, and one of your guests even a suffered a fatal heart attack. Your reception and hotel management staff were nothing short of abysmal. These are serious health and safety matters which deserve your full and immediate attention. To have the more serious incidents virtually totally ignored is a disgrace especially when during a fatal heart attack your staff refused to help insisting on a distraught woman being told to use the public phone - no compssion or concern being shown until it was far too late. The other incidents involving injury were also shown a disconcerting amount of consistent "lack of concern"... you should be ashamed of yourself and I will be taking actions in the UK to ensure your hotel gets maximum exposure to highlighting your hotel in a very very bad light.
2.....The room was shabby and the bed uncomfortable. The floors and bathroom werent cleaned for three days until we complained. The balcony table was never cleaned the whole week of our stay. I am afraid to admit it but on hearing the complaints of other guests , we felt the room was the best in the hotel. Sad really.
3.....The bar staff were courtious but slow. However a great deal of room for improvement. You need to consider using glasses in the bars and entertainment areas. I can accept plastic cups with children in and around the pool area but not with grown adults in relatively safe entertainment areas.
4.....Swiming pool and jacuzzi could do with some attention too. The handrails were all loose and could have easily caised injury. The jacuzzi proved to be dangerous resulting in a distraught mother and a young child being injured.
5.....The restaurant was quite clean however was in dire need of redecoration. The food was invariably just warm and not hot as it should be. The staff in the restaurant were courteous and helpful.
6..... Entertainment was a disgrace. Ok for children for one hour mini disco but rubbish for adults. Your daytime and nightime entertainment programmes desperately require attention. The parrot show was a blatent attempt to have paying guests part with 10euros cash before even seeing a photo. Disgraceful.
7.....The hotel maintenance team will be permanently empoyed for many years. Especially as it takes so long for them to get round to doing the most basic of maintenance. Please get them to attend to the basic health and safety matters first.
8.....There was nor rep service form fleetway here and my one attemtp to contact the local rep was met with contempt and wasted my time.
9.....My overal opinion is that I wouldnt wish to spend time here nor recommend anyone stay here EVER. So much so I have put my personal review of your hotel on three of the most popular holiday review websites to warn people to stay away.
