1. yes, E111 is valid here, so bring
2. meal for 2 incl wine - typically in a range LM10-30 for 2, LM15-20 would cover most of my meals here - lower end would be two pizzas or pasta plus a reasonable local wine, top end would be a really, really good restaurant (atleast in Gozo)

what else would you like prices for ?

eg
pint lager - 80c-LM1
car hire LM6-10 for small/medium

um....

ps I 've put prices in Maltese pounds as I wasn't sure which country you were from
pps real low end in prices terms would be LM5 at the football club in Sannat, Gozo for two of the best pizzas ever, including a bottle of wine
