They dont get the best reviews but dont worry it is only some where to get your head down, i dont imagine that you will be spending too much time in them anyway
There is loads of bars and clubs in Salou, some close at 2am some 4am others later.
La Pineda is about 15 mins by bus from Salou, when you get off the bus, find the waterpark and you want to be behind it, Pacha is right at the back of the resort, you wont miss it as it is sign posted. There is not much else in La Pineda apart from a few bars, it is a quiet resort.

http://www.salou.co.uk there will be more info for you also a message board. If you find the map of Salou(on the left) click no 16 and find Hollywoods bar, i am sure that this is below your apartments so it gives you an idea where you are.
How much you will need depends on what you are planning to do, if you look around it can be cheap enough to eat and you will find happy hours for drinks, but you will pay more in the clubs.Dont forget you will more than likely have to pay a returnable deposit for your apartments when you arrive. I would take as much spends as you can, if you dont spend it all, great
but its better than running out.
