I'm surprised they were able to book. I thought at least one of the party had to be over 18.

i would of thought so to, but they dont seem to have it booked somehow. I think that with some airlines you can travel alone.

Just dont want to worry why she is away.

Info taken from FCO Travel Advice for Spain
Parents should be aware that their children under 18 could face legal problems if they are on holiday in Spain without an adult. Spanish law defines anyone under the age of 18 to be a minor, subject to parental control or adult supervision. Minors who are in Spain unaccompanied and who come to the attention of the authorities for whatever reason, may find themselves taken into care by Spanish Social Services until such time as they can be released into the custody of a parent or other responsible adult.

they are staying in my aunties villa, but the only thing i am worried is they are not going to be with my aunty obviously until they arrive home late at night.

They should be OK then, as long as they behave themselves and can give a contact number/address for aunty! :D

I am a 17 year old girl who has just returned from ibiza with 5 other 17 year ols girls. We were fine. We did go out to the clubs but made sure that we were always together. We had no problems. Havent really got any advice other than just make sure you stay together, dont put drinks down etc.

yeah its fair enough staying together i am worried because it will just be the two of them together when they go clubbing etc.

arent you sweet :) your a typical older brother when it comes to your sister, dont worry they will be fine.

Wish I had an older brother like you. I go to Ibiza every year and i find it pretty safe despite the rumours. All i would suggest is that they stick with the crowds and not wonder off alone or try and take any short cuts to get back to the villa, and most of all tell them to enjoy it.

hi there,

Me and 25 girls have just come back from san antoni after a short break.
our age range was from 17 to 32. I was in a room with my 17 yr old sister and i was very worried that she would stop out and not know what she was doing but she was fine, we all was.
We was out till 6/7am every night and had a great time.
The only thing we all did was make sure we did not leave our drinks while we was on the dance floor because you never know!
