Yes nicnak you can book trips to Sicily. There are regular day trips organised to the neighbouring island. You can either go by catamaran which takes 90 minutes or you can actually fly over which takes 20 minutes. Most tour operators actually allow you to pre book such trips but you may find it cheaper to book locally. Becareful with whom you book as the cheapest price may not always be the best value for money
