We stayed at the RT Regent in May which is part of the same group and the hotel was very good.
Reception will be able to organise taxis for trips etc if you need. We went to Zakopane in one of their taxis and it worked out cheaper than booking a trip and you had a driver there who would stop and go where you wanted for the day.
They can pick you up from the airport if needed and will be cheaper than using the airport taxis. Just email the hotel.
