try http://www.multimap.com and search under spain if you have a street name the hotel etc. are on or sometimes tour operator brochures have maps in highlighting which accomodation is situated where in resort.

or if you know roughly which part of coast use the following and if you click on a section of the map it goes to a larger version with some bars, clubs, hotels marked on.

Hi can anybody tell me where I can get hold of a map of the salou area ?

there is a map on the Dorada Palace hotel website under the location tab which is pretty good. Though the plinky plonky music you'll have to listen to whilst on that website is painful. anyway its http://www.doradapalace.com
