I would choose carefully and read the Corfu Aqua Beach club thread as one tour operator is happily taking bookings for next year there when construction of the resort has not yet started.

AI is strrting to get a negative image in Corfu as some believe ( myself included ) that it is having a negative impact on Corfu's tourist economy.

Sometimes AI are not as cheap as you might expect. You mighjt get to Corfu and find you had wished you had gone Bed and Breakfast because the tavernas are so good. Whereabouts are you thinking of staying?
