Tramore is a very busy town in summer time with lots of tourists, it is very similar to Blackpool. There is a village a few miles from Tramore called Dunmore East which is really beautiful with some rather quaint Irish Pubs and definetly worth a trip. I would think Tramore will be rather quiet in November with a lot of things closed up.
