I am thinking of booking the kavkaz, it says 30m to beach and a good price.
Does anyone have any reviews/ commnets?

From the 2005 Map, the Kavkaz appears to be next to Hotels Longoza and Continental and is shown as being close to the beach at the Southern end of the resort.
