We have used Benidorm Flats 3 times now and have had no serious problems , we usually book online at their website, then pay a deposit at their british Natwest account then the remainder on arrival.
We have found their apartments to be clean and well furnished and centrally located. I hope this is of some help

thanks for that info kblokey. thats put my mind at rest. i have just booked with them.was it the maysan apts you were in?were they refurbished when you were there?

We have never stayed in the Maysan apartments so have no information. On our last two visits Benidorm flats have placed us in Torre Domo where they have refurbished all of their apartments to a high standard. For info on Maysan (location etc) can I suggest you put a new query on this forum.
