Your could try the Hotel Puerto Azul as you get a living area with sofa bed plus a separate bedroom. This is a great family hotel in the lovely Pine Walk area.

Puerto Pollensa is a lovely destination, and yes I would recommend the Puerto Azul too. We stayed there several times.

re your son not sleeping in the same room as you, the Puerto Azul has a separate lounge and bedroom area (as you'll see from the link) but I would put your son to sleep in the lounge not the bedroom!!!! You can go and sit on the balcony while he is nodding off, and believe me, I don't think you'd have the same problems as you would at home - he'll be too tired from all the swimming and beach activities, and staying up later than normal!! (Our sons once had a double bed in a hotel we went to, and after the initial horror of it, they soon got used to it and fell asleep in no time!)

You cannot beat the Hobby Club or one of the other small aparthotels in the same group. Totally gorgeous, aircon, 2 bedroom available but you would do with a 1-bedroom with you sleepingin the lounge. Very reasonable price and situated in a very quiet place. 30 mins from centre, 2 minutes from beach. Or try the Bellamar, a bit closer to centre (not much) and on the sea front. We love the place.

would definitely recommend the puerto azul there are 3 pools for different sizes of kids and theaccom is so good for kids and in a quiet location
