I may need to look at brochure's next year as the person that I hire the apartment in Pernera off is looking to sell up.

I've got a couple of choices, one is someone else I know has a cheap place in Kapparis but thats a bit far out for my liking.

Another choice i've been thinking about is actually remortgaging my house to get my own place in Cyprus.

Third choice is looking for a cheap package which I don't fancy.

Its going to be choices 1 or 2 I think.

Of course if it ended with me getting a place of my own out there I would need to rent it out but then looking at this forum and others I doubt i'd have that much of a problem if I kept it a lot cheaper than they are doing there now.

Decisions decisions eh.
