Hello Everyone - just spending my lunchtime researching Almeria and Mojacar. After 5 or so years of research and saying we must buy somewhere abroad we are finally doing it!

Can't quite believe it yet. Saw a house a couple of weeks ago, fell in love and thats that. We will be staying in the uk for a while and renting it out for the first year or so, but the plan is to move out there.

We are buying a new build in Cortijo Grande right up on the top of the mountain but with a sea view :D. We're not too concerned about property price increases but hope that it will go up. It won't be ready until end of 2007 but we'll be going over as much as possible.

Any good tips for finding places to stay would be welcome - so many web sites out there - personal recommendations would be nice.
